Post 4: Breath Rate

How are you breathing? Calmly, deliberately, or short breaths? Helo tracks your breath rate, and hand in hand with other bioparameters, give you a precise picture of your current wellness state.
Helo measures the respiration in breaths per minute. The measurement lasts 40” and is done by launching the process without moving your wrist. At the end of the measurement, the values will be displayed and you can choose between repeating the measurement or store it in the history log.

Post 2: Set your alerts

Advise your loved ones if your measurements are not in the correct range*.

Guardian offers you an amazing feature: alerting your loved ones through SMS and in-app messages if your measurements are too high or low. Baseline measurements for vitals such as blood pressure, heart rate or breath rate can be set in the app, and messages sent to up to 3 loved ones If these upper or lower thresholds are hit.

Post 1: Monitor your Heart Rate

HELO can measure your heartbeat in a measurement of beats per minute. When HELO finishes the measurement, the values are displayed on the HELO App and you can choose between repeating the heart rate test or store the results in the HELO App history log for your health physician to review. Why is this important? Has your doctor ever been concerned about your heart rate, or does your family have a history of irregular heartbeats?


Abnormal heart rhythms (arrhythmias) are caused by problems with the electrical system that regulates the steady heartbeat. The heart rate may be too slow or too fast; it may stay steady or become chaotic (irregular and disorganized). Some arrhythmias are very dangerous and cause sudden cardiac death, while others may be bothersome but not life threatening.
