We are proud to see Grace, a resident whose wish was fulfilled through Chartwell Wish of a Lifetime - Rêver pour la vie, featured in Zoomer Magazine.

At 88 years old, Grace, an accomplished pilot from Edmonton, returned to the cockpit for the first time in more than 50 years. With a flight instructor by her side, she proved to herself that her skills and spirit were still strong, successfully landing a small aircraft.

Grace’s story is a testament to resilience, passion, and the belief that adventure has no age limit. We are thrilled to celebrate this national recognition of her incredible achievement.

Despite the summer heat, our adventurous residents made the most of it! Last Saturday, they enjoyed a wonderful visit to Salem Alpaca Farm, meeting some friendly furry faces. Then on Tuesday, they explored the beauty of Lynde Creek conservation Area, taking in nature's peaceful sights and sounds. Great memories made on both days!! Thank you Clair for 2 great days!!!

Derby Day Fun at the Colonial today!!
The horses were fast, the stakes were high (just for fun!), and the crowd was lively! With lots of laughs, cheering, and a few "big winners" walking away with bragging rights. Thank you to everyone who joined in the Derby excitement!
