You’ll enjoy a harmonious sound and stretch in this special class designed to support deep relaxation and healing on all levels ~ opening breathwork, gentle releasing yoga and meditation.

💗 Sound healing for a minimum 15 minute extended Savasana is the highlight of class!

Robyn expertly plays instruments such as crystal singing bowls, hand pan, chimes and more to facilitate deep rest and relaxation.

Her sound and sanctuary classes are curated to bring body and mind into balance through sound, body sensing and creating space for self care and self healing.

☀️ Join Lilia on the beautiful Whitby Waterfront Trail Tuesday, April 28th at 10:00 am for a FREE One Love Yoga Stroller Fit Class!

This is a great way to try out our Stroller Fitness Program with babe(s) and see what it’s all about!

✔️ The most important benefit of our One Love Yoga Stroller Fitness Program is meeting other Mamas to get moving in a supportive community!

Make it a date - and you’ll be more motivated to get out of the house and exercise with babe!

💪You’ll work on strengthening muscles in a post partum appropriate way and stretching out areas that tend to get tight and overused caring for baby - all while enjoying an energizing stroller walk and the beautiful lake views. Come as you are!

It’s always ok to take care of baby first, mid walk/workout feedings and breaks for cuddles are the norm!

Age of babies? As long as your baby or toddler is in a stroller or carrier - this class is for you! More thane one? Double strollers welcome too! (We’ve even had Mamas with 3 babes in tow!)

📍Meet at Rotary Sunrise Lake Park (the lighthouse parking lot), Water St., Whitby at 10:00 a.m.

Hit the Whitby Waterfront for stroller walking and post partum appropriate strength training with your babe(s)!

In our Stroller Fitness Program babes always come first - breaks to feed and snuggle are the norm! You will also train muscles that tend to get weak and overstretched throughout pregnancy and post partum and stretch out stressed and tense muscles as well!

Our classes are social AND you’ll get a workout!

Same address: 207 Dundas Street West (Pizza Nova Building) ~ but we are now on the Ground Level, South facing unit!

Please enter via the South/West door (see pic) - door is unlocked 15 mins. prior to class time if there is a class or private running before.

❣️ We run on a ‘loose’ pre-registered model. Please book your classes in advance.
You can unregister from a booked class up to 8 hours before the class begins at which point no refunds are given on class passes.

Squatting and getting up from the floor are important functional movements for living a healthy and independent life ~ these functional movements also enhance your yoga practice!

In this unique workshop, join Dr. Sarah, local chiropractor and E-RYT 500 yoga teacher, to learn how to leverage better mobility at the ankle, hip and upper back joints to access more range in squats and expressions of foundational yoga poses such as Malasana and chair.
