Are you using a safe sunscreen? Remember that you need 15-20 minutes in the sun with no sunscreen to fully absorb vitamin D. Personally I wait before applying it. The darker your skin the longer it takes to absorb 1000 IU of vit D. Light skin only 10-15 minutes. Olive skin 20-30 minutes. Dark skin up to an hour. And did you know that studies show that those hit hardest by covid-19 have low vit D3 and K2?

A big part of my practice is in person so I obviously can’t serve my clients in this way until this crisis settles down. But I can still offer other ways of helping you as we enter spring allergy season.
I can provide nutritional counselling via email , phone call or FaceTime. I can recommend supplements and diet change. I can also set you up on Fullscript so my recommended supplements can be sent directly to you.
