At Mandzak Chiropractic we are pleased to offer excellence in both chiropractic and massage therapy. We pride ourselves in providing evidence based care for several musculoskeletal concerns. We are located in the heart of Whitby, at 101 Mary St. West, Suite 101, in the prestigious Pearson Lanes corridor. We are pleased to offer excellence in both Chiropractic treatment and Registered Massage Therapy. Our team consists of myself, Dr. Tim Mandzak, Chiropractor, Lindy Martin, Registered Massage Therapist, and our two wonderful receptionists, Leah Cathcart and AnnMarie Brown. While I continue to see several pregnant women in my practice, all members of the family are welcome. My overall practice is focussed on addressing mechanical injuries / dysfunctions such as Lower Back Pain, Neck Pain, Headaches, Sciatica, Knee / Shoulder Pain, etc. Using a number of different evidence based techniques, including Diversified Adjusting Technique and Active Release Therapy, I also incorporate physio-therapeutic devices such as Interferential Current (IFC), TENS, and Ultrasound where appropriate. My goal with all of my patients is to allleviate any and all discomfort as quickly as possible and maintain good mechanics in order to prevent recurrences. We are thrilled to introduce our new Registered Massage Therapist Justin Street. Contact the office (905-666-2934) soon to book appointments early l as it is a very busy time of year.

My name is Justin Street, and I am the Clinic’s new Registered Massage Therapist. I am a recent graduate of the Fleming College massage therapy program and am now continuing my education at Ontario Tech University in the Faculty of Health Sciences. I currently live in Bowmanville with my 11-year-old son and our 5-year-old rescue dog, Hank. I enjoy listening to live music and camping as an escape into nature. I also love food and enjoy spending my time cooking or traveling Ontario and searching for new, inspiring restaurants. In my practice, I enjoy the problem solving that comes with performing assessments and having my perspective broadened by communicating with a wide variety of clients. I look forward to meeting each of you and becoming a part of your wellness routine.
