Say hello to our Office Manager, Sinead, and our wonderful receptionist, Monique. Whether you’re booking an appointment or have a question, they’re always ready with a warm welcome and a helping hand.
Sinead is the one who keeps everything running smoothly and everyone on track day-to-day. When she’s not chatting with clients, she’s busy enjoying family life, traveling back to Ireland, or taking in some live music.
Monique is just as busy outside the office! A proud mom of four boys and grandma to two, she also has a big love for animals and spends time volunteering at a local farm.

Amy Archer is a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner (2022) and Registered Nurse with 21+ years of clinical experience.
Her path to osteopathy grew from a deep belief that the body holds wisdom, lived experiences, and an innate ability to heal when given the right support.
Amy blends her clinical background with gentle manual techniques that honour both science and intuition. ✨ Her goal is to create a restorative and supportive experience where healing is respected as a deeply personal journey.
Outside the clinic, Amy is a proud mom of four, who loves cheering on her children in their passions. She also finds balance through triathlons, long swims, and music 🎶.
