Yoga helps to calm the mind and improve focus and clarity. Yoga is a great practice to develop range of motion and flexibility. Leave each class feeling refreshed and at ease. Classes are a mixture of new to yoga and folks who have practiced for years. Classes are filled with welcoming and encouraging energy.
🔹Gentle Yoga and Meditation provides a wonderful introduction to yoga and meditation.
🔹Hatha Yoga helps to build full body strength and flexibility, while focusing on breathing and intentional movement.
🔹Chair Yoga engages the whole body and mind. Develop core strength and flexibility. Class focuses on movements that promote strong posture, balance, and healthy joints.
