Women's Circle, Breathwork and Energy Healing Ceremony

Ritual is the original art form, an elegant weaving of the personal and the communal that helps us connect directly with the larger, unseen world. Come sit with us in circle, in community, as we embrace the magic of the Harvest Full Moon, a time of reflection, gratitude, and honouring the abundance in our lives.

Together, we’ll get clear on what we want to step into this season with, letting the energy of the moon guide our intentions. The ritual will be followed by a guided breathwork and energy healing ceremony with Deb and Brit, offering a chance to release, expand, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive space.
