What if everything goes right? 🌈
You know, exactly as planned, just like you’re hoping it too. Ever notice yourself fall into the exact opposite thought pattern. Me too some days. Our brain is wired to focus on the negative. One negative thought can can quickly lead to worst case scenario thinking. This type of thinking can lead to anxiety and overwhelm and effect your health.
Here are some strategies to shift from fear to love;
✨ the first step is just bringing awareness to negative thinking and choosing more loving thoughts that serve you. Some days it is certainly easier said than done but awareness is the first step.
✨Our thoughts aren’t always real. Remind yourself that when you notice yourself future-thinking.
✨Just getting outside in nature can shift your perspective. Find your happy place; the lake, a forest, a river. Nature really does heal. 🌱
✨Lean into gratitude. Keep reminding yourself of all of the love that surrounds you and remind yourself so many people are grateful for you 🥰
✨Step onto your Yoga Mat. Even 5-10 minutes on your mat can shift your perspective. Yoga calms your nervous system and as you practice you become less reactive to your thoughts.
✨ Meditation. Finding stillness or a walking Meditation is good for your soul, Mama. Take 5 minutes and repeat this affirmation to yourself,
“Everything is working in my favour”

Gentle Class
Find some zen in this relaxing, gentle class. All levels. Great for beginners and seasoned yogis. Class is one hour
Vinyasa Flow
Feel invigorated and calm. Come and enjoy a Vinyasa Flow. Move through yoga poses with your breath. Increase strength, flexibility, and find that inner calm. All levels. Great for both beginners and seasoned yogis. Class is one hour
Men's Yoga
Come try a Vinyasa Flow just for men. Increase strength, flexibility and find that inner calm. All levels. Class is one hour.
Private Classes
I also offer one hour and half hour private classes. Choose a time that suits you best. Great for those new to yoga to build the foundations and a great way to advance your practice.
1/2 hour Private Yoga Class $35/hour for 15 weeks
1 hour Private Yoga Class #65/hour for 15 weeks
Specialized Private Classes
Design a Class just for you. I can also offer specialized classes on an indo board, Thai yoga massage, prenatal classes, or classes that assist with rehabilitation. Call/email for details on specialized classes.
Private Class on Indo Yoga Board
The Indo Yoga Board adds a new dimension to your yoga practice. Simulating unstable yoga on a Stand Up Paddle (SUP) board. Perfect weather and a body of water not required. Add a fun new element to your practice. The instability of the board brings increased focus to your practice and is also great for core strength.
