As this year comes to a close, I want to gently remind you of something important.

You don’t need to rush into the next version of yourself.
You don’t need to fix everything.
And you don’t need to prove that you’ve “done enough.”

Where you are right now is not random.
It’s the result of the choices you’ve made, the awareness you’ve gained, and the growth you’ve already gone through...even the parts that felt messy or slow.

We spend so much time focusing on what still needs work…
that we forget to acknowledge how far we’ve actually come.

And that matters.

Health isn’t a finish line.
It’s an ongoing relationship with yourself.
One that evolves as you do.

So before setting new goals, take a moment to honour where you are today.

Almost all of Papou’s grandkids in one photo—what a legacy of love he leaves behind.
We’ll miss him more than words can say.
I hope these beautiful souls stay close as they grow,
so they can always remember their Papou,
share stories about his quiet strength, his humour, his heart…
and never, ever forget the man who loved them so deeply.

RIP Rest peacefully, Manoli. Thank you for the love, the laughter, and the steady presence. I’ll never forget you, and I'll carry you in my heart forever xo

• Avoid over-exfoliating—focus on moisture retention.
