Before your treatment:
• Stay well hydrated
• Avoid alcohol for 24–48 hours
• Skip blood-thinning supplements (like fish oil, vitamin E) unless prescribed
• Come with clean lips, no makeup, no balm
• Cold sores in the past? Let us know.
• Expect swelling and bruising that will settle.
