Come see me at Fitness World
Sundays: Yoga Earth 🧘 🌏 12 noon
Mondays: 6pm Worx 💪and 8pm Total BodyStrength 🏋️‍♂️
Saturdays: 8 am Total Body Strength

Or at Bowen Complex
Mondays: Balance and Mobility 🧍‍♂️ 4pm
Wednesdays: Restorative Yin with Sound 🧘10:30am and 12pm Sound Bath 🎼
