I am going to close this page. I had a great 3 weeks and lost 8 pounds, tummy and face flatter and skin better, not totally gone but way better.
I am juicing till almost dinner each day which keeps me full but not over stuffed and cuts my snacking habits cravings a lot.
Spring and summer will be great to juice and eat great salads and veg and dip. Could live on that with some chippies sometimes, treats and cooked dinners sometimes or Buhhda bowls. Take care and happy weekend.
