Certified Athletic Therapy is used to prevent, treat and rehablilitate musculoskeletal injuries. With over 7 years of full time experience working with Professional (Abbotsford Heat, Vancovuer Whitecaps), University (SFU, UFV) and Collage (KPU) athletes you are in capible hands. Extensive experience with pre/post op ACL, concussion testing, ankle sprains, foot dysfunction, dislocated shoulder, chronic hip injury, low back pain due to muscle imbalance and disc injury as well as neck pian and wrist sprains. Your individual hour long Certified Athletic Therapy treatment will include a full body assessment, detailed joint and soft tissue testing, hands on massage and manual therapy a complete rehabilitation and return to play program. On field or team sessions can also be booked. Not an athlete? The principles of Athletic therapy can be used to treat any orthopedic injury no matter how it occurred. No physician referral required. 👋Introducing Devon! I first met Devon when he was a student trainer from UFV. I'd had hundreds of student work with my varsity teams over the years and Devon was a standout. Even in his student days, he was professional, kind and a quick learner. After completing his Kin degree and working in rehabilitation he went back to school and did his whole RMT program. Now, he is a double threat with a kin background and RMT manul skills. This rare combo is why Devon was the first therapist I who reached out to when expanding my business. He was keen to come on board and work with me again as we both like to get to the root of the injury and believe in helping the whole person with a combo of massage and active rehab. I'm proud to have Devon come on board at HealthSpan Wellness and Sports Medicine and know he will be a great fit for all my patients. 🎉

As he is new to the clinic, he has much better availability than I do! He's really good at what he doesn't so I'm sure that won't last long. If you need treatment he is a rarely available RMT that is starting on Tuesdays from 10am -8:30pm. 🕐

✔️ Yes, he works evenings, ✖️ no he doesn't have a 3 appointment booking maximum so you can book recruiting appointments as you need them 🗓️ and yes we are still direct billing for him and if your a current patient we already have all your information. 🥳
