Not all toothbrushes are created equal — and using the right one can make a big difference in your oral health! Here’s what to keep in mind:

✅ Soft Bristles Are Best – They’re gentle on your enamel and gums but still effective at removing plaque.
✅ Comfortable Handle – Choose one that feels good in your hand and gives you control.
✅ Smaller Brush Head – A smaller head makes it easier to reach those back teeth and tight spaces.
✅ Manual or Electric? – Both can be great! Electric brushes are helpful for those who need extra help brushing thoroughly.

No matter what brush you choose, make sure to replace it every 3 months — or sooner if the bristles are frayed!
