Ricardo is a 2025 CDI College Registered Massage Therapy Program graduate. Growing up, Ricardo was active in various sports, including basketball, volleyball, weight training, and track and field. He brings his athletic background and hands-on experience into his massage therapy practice, approaching each treatment with a strong understanding of movement, performance, and client-centered care, incorporating a range of therapeutic techniques to effectively meet each client’s preferred pressure and treatment goals.

Sam Wegert graduated from Trinity Western University in 2022 with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics. Sam is a Registered Kinesiologist as well as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Sam is currently a Chiropractic intern, completing the remainder of his doctoral studies in BC. Sam has extensive knowledge in the exercise science and rehabilitation world, having been a national-level rugby player himself, dealing with various injuries, both acute and chronic. Sam now enjoys helping patients get back to doing things they love, whether that’s high-level performance or everyday activities.

Sam believes that quality and performance in movement directly correlate to the health of a person, and will need to be addressed with an active, life-long approach. Keeping things simple and enjoyable for patients helps to promote permanent adherence to a healthier lifestyle.

🎄 Last weekend, we had the privilege of enjoying a fantastic Christmas party, catered by .

The food was an absolute hit. Fresh, flavorful, and delicious!

The company was pretty awesome as well, including a surprise visit from Elliot's hairless cat, Psido. 😻

We laughed, hugged, and shared stories.

There were several mentions of how grateful we all are to be on the same team.

Working with kind, thoughtful, and caring individuals who truly enjoy one another's company and value making a positive impact on the lives of our clients is such a blessing.

The conversations and connections made with our wonderful clients make OUR days as well! 🙏
