All levels of health and ability are welcome, with appropriate levels of yoga for the very beginner to the advanced yogi. Our class schedule is aimed to include classes for the entire community, including students, seniors and prenatal. As yoga is designed to make us feel happy, healthy, and peaceful

Perimenopause and menopause can bring big changes; physically, emotionally, and hormonally, and you deserve to feel informed and supported through them.

Join us on May 5 for a special Gentle Yoga + Acupuncture session with Dr. Desiree Caruso Naturopathic Physician, focused on peri-menopause and menopause.

This session will include an informative talk with Dr. Caruso, a gentle yoga class sequenced to support this stage of life, and an acupuncture meditation/relaxation portion to help you settle, restore, and feel supported.

Dr. Caruso will help unpack what is happening in the body during this transition, why symptoms like hot flashes, disrupted sleep, mood changes, brain fog, cycle changes, and energy shifts are valid, and what natural tools may help you feel more like yourself again.

This class is for anyone entering, moving through, supporting someone through, or wanting to better understand the menopause transition. And yes men, you are absolutely welcome too > your hips, nervous system, and hormones will thank you. 😉
