Live Yoga is a friendly community minded yoga studio located in the heart of beautiful White Rock. All levels of health and ability are welcome, with appropriate levels of yoga for the very beginner to the advanced yogi. Our class schedule is aimed to include classes for the entire community, including students, seniors and prenatal. As yoga is designed to make us feel happy, healthy, and peaceful, we want to give as many people a chance to experience it as possible. We welcome everyone to our studio, and keep our rates reasonable so that our studio is accessible to all.

✨ Join Sarah this Friday, October 17th for a deeply relaxing evening of restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra, and a soothing sound bath featuring crystal bowls and other calming instruments.

This fall workshop series is designed to help you unwind, reset, and reconnect with your inner peace—mind, body, and soul. Whether you're seeking stress relief or simply some quiet time for yourself, this experience is for you.

Each session is part of a 3-part series with unique offerings in September, October, and November. Come to one or come to them all—each one stands on its own.

Cost: $45 +tax
