It's never too late to start! ✨
If you're new to the world of yoga (or haven't practiced in a long, long time), Beginners Yoga would be perfect for you! This progressive, 7-week series is designed specifically for beginners. You will learn basic postures and breathing techniques that will help you to relieve stress, improve flexibility and strength, and increase your sense of well-being.
