Live Yoga is a friendly community minded yoga studio located in the heart of beautiful White Rock. All levels of health and ability are welcome, with appropriate levels of yoga for the very beginner to the advanced yogi. Our class schedule is aimed to include classes for the entire community, including students, seniors and prenatal. As yoga is designed to make us feel happy, healthy, and peaceful, we want to give as many people a chance to experience it as possible. We welcome everyone to our studio, and keep our rates reasonable so that our studio is accessible to all.

If your nervous system is feeling wired, tired, or overstimulated, consider this your invitation to slow down.

🕯️ Wednesdays 7:00–8:15pm | Candlelight Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is deep rest — supported by bolsters, blankets, blocks (and sometimes a wall or chair) so your body can fully soften while you hold a few purposeful postures for several minutes each.

What you may notice after class:

• A calmer nervous system (rest & digest mode)
• Less stress and mental noise
• A deeper exhale — and often, better sleep
• A “mini-retreat” feeling that carries into the rest of your week

🌙 What to bring: • Cozy layers (you’ll be still)

• Socks + your favourite blanket if you love extra comfort
• A willingness to leave the to-do list at the door

No pushing. No performance. Just candlelight, support, and permission to let go.

At Live Yoga, we offer several beginner-friendly classes designed to help you learn safely, build confidence, and feel good in your body:

A steady-paced class where you’ll learn pose shapes, alignment, breathing, and relaxation — with plenty of modifications and guidance.

🌿 Gentle Yoga
