🐣HOpPy EaStEr friends! 🐰 And a big thanks to all the families who lent me their cool kids to hang out with over spring break 🌷

Together we explored yoga, aerial, mindfulness and social-emotional intelligence through movement, conversation, play and art.

My hope is that in our time together, seeds of joy and resilience were planted that children can cultivate and grow, as they navigate the highs and lows of life.

Let’s get moving together in our silks and on our mats, to shed the slumber of winter and nourish the seeds of inspiration and change.
