Heather is a Registered Clinical Counsellor whose personal experiences with loss, change, and resilience deeply shape her counselling approach. With a background in high-level sports and a journey that includes navigating divorce, parenting, and career transitions, she brings empathy, persistence, and a collaborative spirit to her work. Mimi is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with over a decade of experience supporting children, youth, families, and individuals in both school and community settings. Born and raised in Taiwan, with time spent in Europe before immigrating to Canada, she brings a rich cross-cultural perspective and the lived experience of parenting three daughters to her work.
