Joyce and Tyler here — we’re heading to Australia for the next few months (November–April)! While we’re away, our amazing team will be keeping things running back home in the Yukon.

We’ll be checking messages less often and have limited capacity for bookings, but saunas are still happening! It just might take us a bit longer to get back to you.

We’re so grateful for everyone who’s supported Yukon Sauna these past seasons — it’s been incredible to watch this community grow. We’re excited to come back in the spring refreshed, inspired, and ready to bring even more sauna goodness to the Yukon.

We are fired up to offer WHM breathwork, cold plunge and sauna in Whitehorse, with Scott Janzen!

This is happening THIS FRIDAY, March 28, from 2-4pm

Scott Janzen is a certified Wim Hof Method instructor who helps individuals build resilience, overcome adversity, and reconnect with their bodies through breathwork, cold exposure, and focused mindset training. With over a decade of personal practice and formal training in Poland, Scott guides people through transformative experiences that foster mental clarity, inner strength, and self-awareness. Drawing on his background as a professional engineer in the utility sector, he supports clients in both their personal and professional lives, helping them face challenges with calm, confidence, and a deeper understanding of their own capacity.
