We are fired up to offer WHM breathwork, cold plunge and sauna in Whitehorse, with Scott Janzen!

This is happening THIS FRIDAY, March 28, from 2-4pm

Scott Janzen is a certified Wim Hof Method instructor who helps individuals build resilience, overcome adversity, and reconnect with their bodies through breathwork, cold exposure, and focused mindset training. With over a decade of personal practice and formal training in Poland, Scott guides people through transformative experiences that foster mental clarity, inner strength, and self-awareness. Drawing on his background as a professional engineer in the utility sector, he supports clients in both their personal and professional lives, helping them face challenges with calm, confidence, and a deeper understanding of their own capacity.

We had an UNREAL time at the West Coast Sauna Summit at Loon Lake Lodge last weekend.

Just a bunch of awesome people who are fired up on saunas! Learning about sauna culture, and having good heat and löyly all weekend. We met a bunch of motivating and inspiring people in the industry.

Community Saunas are back!

We are rolling out a new online system to book your sauna spot on our website. Go to yukonsauna.ca and find "Community Sauna" under our "Rent the Sauna" page (the link is included below).

I'll be at Chadburn this Friday at 6pm, and we'll be set up Thursday, Dec. 5 at 6:30pm.

Keep an eye on our page, and the Whitehorse Community Sauna group for future sauna sessions.

We’ve booked a lot of rentals over the holidays and we’re stoked people are having such a good time using the sauna.
