I've recently moved my practice to the Pine to Peak massage therapy clinic (Note: I'm still downstairs at the Pine Medical Building! Still easy to find :) ).

This weekend I was blessed to get to spend time with a few friends, and to drum and sing. I knew this already, but was still so gratefully surprised to see how much lighter I felt afterwards.

When we follow our bliss, our spirit's joy, the things that 'light us up' - they literally do just that in us, in our bodies, and in our energy. These acts of self love light us up, leave us feeling more alive again and one with ourselves.

Just like the sunlight coming back more and more each day, it is time for us each to come back to ourselves. What simple kindness can you show yourself today? What little act can you do that just sparks joy and love in you when do that thing?

As shared by Ruth Lera Healing Services 'Elizabeth Gilbert writes in her book, Big Magic: Creative Living Beyond Fear, “I’ve never seen any life transformation that didn’t begin with the person in question finally getting tired of their own bullsh*t.” I really hope what we’re observing right now is a collective tiring of our own bullsh*t. But we don’t know how any of this is going to play out. And that is part of the awakening process—letting go of believing we can predict the future, and letting go of an idea that there’s a right or wrong way for things to happen. '

Awakening is feeling the interconnectedness of all things and all experiences—but without being resentful about being affected by all experiences.

Our dear friend Mia has just opened her new healing business called Heal To Glow Holistic Health & Wellness here in Whitehorse! She is now taking bookings and is offering some really neat modalities not otherwise offered here, or in such a combination (includes numerology, foot detox baths, RIFE machine healings, and more).

I personally am super excited to go and see her and give it all a try myself! And knowing Mia outside of this, for her super kind hearted, intuitive and perceptive ways, I can already say that it's going to be a wonderful resource here in the Yukon for many people
