After each pregnancy I just wanted my body back and to be “me” again (maybe you do too?)

But throughout 3 very different postpartum journeys I have come to appreciate my body and its changes and I want the same for you. In fact post-pregnancy I feel even stronger. In my practice “strength training” is emphasized through the basics of breath work and finding a connection to the pelvic floor and core. My promise to you is that we will always take this slow and build at your own pace – my programs will be altered to meet you where you are at.

After walking my own wild road through pregnancy, loss, healing, and strength, I created a space where postpartum women feel supported—not pressured.

👋 Time to get real postpartum mamas 🌟

Each of my pregnancies? Let's just say they weren't exactly a walk in the park. More like a rollercoaster ride through Nausea City with a stopover at Exhaustion Junction. Yep, I'm talking nonstop vomiting, low energy levels that made sloths look hyperactive, and an all-around feeling of just... bleh.

Despite feeling like a human garbage disposal during pregnancy, I found solace in something unexpected. Exercise.

Even when I felt like I could barely crawl out of bed without collapsing, somehow, someway, moving my body became my saving grace. It was like my own little slice of sanity in the midst of the chaos.

And let's not forget the postpartum journey, because let me tell you, it's a wild ride all on its own. After experiencing loss, getting back into exercise wasn't just about toning muscles or shedding baby weight. It was about reclaiming my body, my mind, and my spirit. It was about finding strength in vulnerability and resilience in the face of adversity.

So here I am, folks. Your go-to gal for all things postpartum fitness, wellness, and maybe a sprinkle of mom humour thrown in for good measure. Because if there's one thing I've learned on this crazy journey called motherhood, it's that laughter really is the best medicine. Well, that and a killer workout playlist. 💪😄
