Hi everyone,

Just a quick reminder that this Tuesday (tomorrow) is the last Goldenhorn Yoga classes of the spring, and we'll be holding our AGM at 7:15 PM.

If you're able to stay a bit after the first class or come early to the second class, we'd love to have you. The AGM is a quick one, but it's crucial for keeping our board going and securing the hall rental for next year.

☀️ Happy Spring Update ☀️
🌀Monday Yin Yoga with Herbalist (Nomadic Harvest) continues at the Mount Lorne Community Centre (free for community members).
Tea at 6:30 PM | Yoga at 7:00 PM
🌀Goldenhorn Tuesday Yoga is wrapping up. March 17 will be a fundraiser class, with all donations supporting future yoga programs and the society.
The Goldenhorn Wellness AGM will be March 24.
🌀Carcross Yoga will return after March Break. ☀️
🌀Thursday evening Yin classes at the Canada Games Centre are finished for the spring and summer. Thank you to all the regulars and new faces who joined. Good Vibes . I hope to start Yin Yoga again in Whitehorse next fall.

☀️Coming Up:
I’m starting a monthly women’s hike + yoga group in the Southern Lakes . One day hike and one shorter evening hike each month. Yoga, nature, and fun!

You can also look for Yoga in the Park in Whitehorse during the warmer summer months.

🌈I’ll be away in April for meditation training, but Monday night yoga at Mount Lorne Community Centre will continue through the summer when I return.

We have herbal tea, aromatherapy and a little discussion about an herb's medicinal qualities before we get into our movement practice!
