Week 2 of the "Yoga & Herbs for Sleep" at Lorne Mountain Community Association and Jess Sellers has prepared a Yin Yoga class for us today!
We figured it would be a perfect opportunity to introduce stronger sedative herbs like Valerian (grown here at The Herbal Hearth), Hops and California Poppy. Hopefully we won't completely fall asleep! To sweeten things up, we'll also have Neroli in the aromatic diffuser and a few Blossom Spell roll-ons (featuring Hops and Neroli) to give away!
Class starts at 6:30 at the Mt Lorne Community Centre (drop-in) and it's free!

"Yoga & Herbs for Sleep" is a collaborative 6 weeks series created by Yoga with Jess - Yukon where we discuss different nervous relaxant herbs and essential oils, try them in tea or tincture and diffusion before we practice meditation, movement and breathing exercises that promote good sleep and relaxation. Come discover how herbs can support your yoga practice and help you unwind! Every Monday from 6:30 to 8:30!
