Welcome to 2024!
I tore my achilles tendon in May of 2023. While I have been working hard on my recovery, I am not able to run quite yet…so I have taken to biking! For those of you that know me, you will know I don’t love biking…but I do love tackling new challenges, getting my heart pumping, and being outside…What new challenges will you take on this year? How will you work on your health and fitness??
