I may not be the best dancer out there, but I do dance with my whole heart—and I hope you feel the joy I feel every time we move together.

🌟 Why Spark? 🌟

Someone close to me lost their significant other. In the fog of grief, they looked up and said something I’ll never forget:

"I don’t know who I am without them."

They couldn’t remember what they loved doing. What made them feel alive. What made them them.

Then they asked me:
“What sparks you to live?”

I didn’t have a simple answer.

What I’ve learned is this:
The Spark is the beginning of remembering.
Of healing.
Of reinventing ourselves.

We’re constantly evolving — but life moves so fast, we rarely stop to notice. Spark is about pressing pause. It’s about turning inward, gently, to rediscover who we are and who we’re becoming.
