Big news for the Balance community! We’ve officially doubled our footprint with a brand new expansion located directly beside the original gym.

The new space, called Balance "Flex", was built to support group fitness instructors, personal trainers, and anyone looking for a fully functional training environment. When classes aren’t in session, it will serve as additional space for our members, offering more room, more flexibility, and new equipment.

Access to Balance Flex is simple. You’ll enter through the original Balance space (Balance "Core") and head through the red door into the new training area.

Balance Flex features turf, an assault treadmill, assault bike, dumbbells, kettlebells, a Concept2 rower, squat racks, bumper plates, a sled pull lane, plyo boxes, and more. It’s designed to support everything from high-intensity group workouts to focused individual training.

Thank you to our members for helping us grow. We’re excited to give you more space, better tools, and new ways to push your fitness forward.

Attention folks!! 📢 Effective today, we are closing our membership waitlist. We will continue to work through the current waitlist, but at this point it's unnecessary to continue adding to it. Happy Anniversary to us!!! 🎉 It's been exactly 1 year since our opening day! We are SO happy with everything we have accomplished and love the little community we are creating. Over this past year we grew our membership slowly, but steadily due to the incredible word of mouth from Yukoners. We have three Personal Trainers on board who have been incredible to work with, and offered our first yoga class! We had some fun challenges and giveaways, and have had to test our patience with a pesky treadmill! In May 2023 we also found out we were pregnant! Starting a business while preparing for a wee one has been challenging but we wouldn't want it any other way! We are loving being new parents. Stay tuned for more great things to come this year and for a celebratory giveaway coming soon! 😁
