What an amazing time at the Quiet your Inner Critic retreat this weekend. Thank you so much to all the participants for the great atmosphere and the meaningful conversation!
Many shared that hearing from others in the group made them feel less alone with their experience, and gave them new ideas to try out. It’s so important to not stay isolated with our self-critical thoughts. ❤️

Thank you to .macmaster for the warm support and the pictures.
And to for welcoming us.

Don’t worry, if you didn’t have a chance to join us this time, you can catch it again in a few months.

8 rules to have a stress-reducing conversation, from the Gottman Institute. Doing this every day will make you feel a lot more connected to your partner.

The Gottman Institute has found that active listening techniques can be extremely beneficial if specifically employed during a stress-reducing conversation.

The stress-reducing conversation is a simple, effective way for couples to maintain connection by reuniting at the end of the day and talking about how it went. The conversation must be free of judgment and problem-solving. In this context, you’ll feel far more readily supportive and understanding of your partner and vice versa—strengthening your mutual love and trust.

Discover the eight guiding rules for having a stress-reducing conversation and see how it affects the level of emotional attraction you feel for each other: https://bit.ly/35cRKW6
