Hi, I'm Ronnie! Im a physiotherapist working in Whitehorse at Evergreen Wellness Studio. Outside of work you can find me running, hiking, paddling, or skiing. Whether it be training for the next race or getting back to activity, I can help you with whatever your goals may be. I started my education in Kinesiology at Western University prior to pursuing my masters in physiotherapy at McMaster University. My background in competitive running, skiing, rowing, and figure skating have given me a great foundation for rehab and training programs that will help you reach your activity goals while my physiotherapy education helps specialize these programs to decrease the risk of injury.

I have experience with female and male pelvic floor conditions, orthopaedic injuries, and “pre-hab” physiotherapy. I can help to build exercise programs to not only get you feeling better following an injury, but to help make your body more resilient to future injury and keep you performing at your best. I understand that not everyone will respond to the same type of treatment and can help find solutions together that will work best for you. My treatments include manual therapy, dry needling and acupuncture, pelvic floor therapy, and exercise prescription.
