Smashburger Big Boys! I smashed down 1/4 lb of hamburger on a Lodge Cast Iron skillet and seasoned with salt and pepper. They cook pretty quick. Next, I plated one burger, added a layer of Frisch's Big Boy tarter sauce, added some lettuce and topped with pickles. Then repeated that one more time on top of that burger. Delicious! I had low carb buns on hand, but wanted all this flavor on its own. What an elevated lunch. Mmmmm!
