I wish more people understood this.

Emotions exist to be felt and moved through the body, not solved intellectually in the mind.

Emotions aren’t problems to fix. They’re energy meant to be felt, expressed, and moved through the body.
When we breathe, stretch, or move with intention, we give our emotions somewhere to go instead of letting them build up inside.

That’s the power of mindful movement.
That’s why we show up on the mat, the bike, or the floor. To release, reset, and return to ourselves. 🌿

Help Keep Our Seniors Warm This Winter ❤️

Cedar Wellness Studio would like to highlight a community fundraiser this season, one that’s all about spreading warmth and care where it’s needed most.

The Terri Hastings Real Estate Team Terri Hastings and Home & Community Support Services () have partnered to help keep local seniors warm this winter.

🧤Collecting mittens and socks for seniors in need across Grey-Bruce, because something as simple as warmth can change someone’s entire season.

📅 Collecting until November 17
📍 Drop-off: Wiarton Terri Hastings Office or arrange a drop off time at Cedar Wellness Studio

Together, we can wrap our community in warmth and kindness. 💕
