🌬️ Breathwork Series
Tuesdays | 5:30–6:30 PM
January 6 – February 3
Join this 5-week breathwork series grounded in body physiology, supporting personal resilience, nervous system regulation, and embodied body–mind wellness. You’ll learn a variety of breathing techniques to calm the nervous system, release held tension, and support a full body reset. Explore how intentional breathing can support optimal health and wellbeing.

🤍 Women’s Wellness Circle
Wednesdays | 7:00–8:00 PM
January 7 – February 4
This 5-week circle is centered on the pillars of wellness, integrating guided discussion, somatic movement, meditation, and practical wellness practices. Designed to support lasting body–mind health, connection, and personal growth.
Facilitated by Michele, certified wellness coach, somatic practitioner, and yoga, Pilates, dance, and movement instructor, offering a holistic, embodied approach to health and wellness.
