Classes are full body functional training with various levels shown to make each movement easier or more challenging to accommodate your current fitness level!
WEDNESDAY CLASSES will be in the shed as the lawn will be full of playing happy children for daycamp (please use caution when parking.)

TRX rows, alt reverse lunges, side lunges MObility 2 sets

TABATA THIS! 8 rounds 20 sec on 10 sec rest
Stength/cardio intervals
DEADLIFT
BURPEES
BENT OVER BARBELL ROW (db/kb sub)
KETTLEBELL SWINGS
SQUAT CURL PRESS alternating with THRUSTERS
SPIN BIKE TABATA
Side PLANK REACH THROUGH x2 each side, PLANK HIP DIPS x2
Done and DONE!
