Zumba Gold starts this Friday at 12pm!

Zumba gold is great for those who want a slower paced cardio ( and squats 😉) class. Those who are recovering from an injury, or starting their fitness journey ☀️

$45 for 4 classes, or drop in fee of $15

The absolute calm and quiet at the end of a healing sound bath is one of my favorite moments. The in between moment of the last vibrations coming from the bowls, and coming back to reality after being "lifted" away from every day life.

Sound healing has become my ultimate healing tool, and it's even better that we can have group sessions. I am BEYOND thrilled to have such a wide variety of humans here. Moms, sisters, lovers, in laws, bonus dad, friends, teenagers, and everyone in between.

In this class you will learn how to activate your lymph nodes, move around your lymphatic fluid, and drain your face. Learn why the lymphatic is so important to our well-being. You'll also take home notes on your system, foods that aid in moving your lymphatic fluid, and exercises!

Hello friends!

I want to put a face to my name!

Here's the story. I LOVE to dance. I wanted to turn it into a job. When you love what you do, you never work a day in your life, right? 😅

I got my Zumba license in 2016 and that was a WILD story (sorry to my mom, who had to listen to me so upset on the phone, lost and worried in Vancouver) , after a lot of tears, a hotel mix up, lost shoes I FINALLY got my license. 💃🏻

I taught my very first class at the 150 fire hall, it was such a proud moment for me, having grown up in that community. 🥰

After teaching Zumba for a few years, I wanted to expand my fitness journey, so I took a training called STRONG By Zumba. Let me tell you, that was the hardest class I've ever taken. But now it's my FAVORITE to teach. 💪🏻

When the world shut down, and everyone stayed indoors, I took that as an opportunity to once again, expand my fitness knowledge. That's where Zumba Gold, and Aqua Zumba took place. Although I have taught those classes much ( yet 😉 ). I am still so amazed at how Zumba can be modified into so many different classes. ☀️

Last, but definitely not least - Zumbini🎊. After becoming a mom to my beautiful son, and my favorite dance partner, I wanted to offer something for the littles and caregivers in Williams Lake. It's so fun to see all the littles learning new songs, smiling so bright, and having so much fun. It's a wonderful bonding experience for the parents and littles, and a great way to meet other parents. 💖

So that's it my friends. I'm grateful for every person who had attended my class, who shares my posts, who encourages me to do my best. And to those who have brought me into their studios to let me fulfill my dreams ❤️🫶🏻🤩

💫Please note Zumbini caregivers 💫

Your participation is KEY. You are your littles safe space, and they will follow your lead.

Some children may watch, some may participate, and some may wander the room! It’s all age appropriate and encouraged!

The program is not a fitness program, but you do want to dress comfortably, as you will be seated on the floor some of the time, and up and dancing at other moments.

The classroom is a phone-free zone. We want to limit distractions for both parents and children. You may want to snap come cute photos of your littles, and that is absolutely fine! Please be mindful of other families in the background who may not want their photo taken/shared on social media.

My studio has a “no outdoor shoes” policy, so either bring socks, clean indoor shoes, or barefoot is great, too!

No eating in the “classroom” part of the studio, but if your child needs to drink or breastfeed, that is fine! If they are starving, just step out for a quick snack, and you can step back in when they are ready!

Good morning friends.

Just putting out some feelers if anyone would be interested in the following:

Spend a few hours with me, and some like minded people, learning how to drain your own lymph nodes. This is NOT a training for you to practice/work on other people. It is for YOU, at home to aid in your journey of life.

You will learn how to activate your nodes, push your system around, and drain your face. You will learn exercises and diet to aid in your lymphatic system.
