Yoga offers us opportunities and tools to address the imbalances in our nervous system through practices that enable us to be in our bodies, to notice the sensation, and change how we breathe.
Within yoga we get to explore the freedom of movement, which empowers us to move courageously in our life.

With practice, our nervous system becomes more resilient, which allows us to navigate the natural ups and downs of our life with greater ease.
