On our journey throughout the years, we collect.
These collections build our belief systems and feed the constant inner conversations we have within ourselves about ourselves and others. Year after year we continue to keep adding to our collection, placing, shoving or neatly folding each experience and every emotion that goes along with them into our suitcase of life. We claim each one is "who we are" as we keep seeing the same experiences play out in our lives, although we see different faces and experience them in different places- we solidify our beliefs around the constant replay of similar experiences and say "YEP I knew it"...."this is my life"..."this is just how it is."

What if I told you...it is only this way because you continue to keep choosing the same thoughts that continue to create the same experiences, therefore reaffirming the belief you created that "this is just your life"!
What if I also told you that you can CHOOSE to change your life in such amazing and profound ways, in ways that you cannot even imagine?

Where would I be now if I chose not to listen to that voice that spoke so softly within? The voice that was sometimes covered up, quickly dismissed by the chaos and noise life can offer sometimes. It was a persistent voice that came in thought form, a subtle whisper that would proceed synchronicities each day that would constantly reminded me to follow through with the nudges I would get so often.

When we are inspired to take action and follow our dreams... our joy and what lights us up, we are supported ALL the way. The support isn't always visible and sometimes we have to really stop and just listen to what our heart is saying to receive it. I am so grateful for all the on going support-visible and invisible...it is all felt on a very deep level. It's about trusting yourself and allowing the universe to provide for you, it's about following through and surprising yourself along the way. Believing in yourself has got to be the first step and for that belief to become so strong and so constant that the doubt that creeps in cannot stay long.
Everyday is an opportunity to believe in yourself a little bit more and everyday you choose to do so, you will be greeted with amazing opportunities that once felt unachievable and were buried under self doubt. Open yourself up to the thought that you can be anything you believe and want to be. It all starts with you and your beliefs about self. Self doubt will be the loudest in the beginning, yet when you choose to step outside that familiar bubble it begins to quiet down and you can start to hear the soft whisper of all you truly are coming through. This whisper will be loving and never urgent, it will guide you to things you love and fill you with a sense of peace and joy, that is when you know you are following the guidance of your higher self....the support is constant and the reward of following the guidance is life changing.
I am so grateful for you all and all the support you have given me from the very beginning of my journey, I am so excited as I continue along my path, step by step, choice by choice, nudge by nudge...the opportunities are plenty and the feeling of following my passion is indescribable. Thank you for helping me continue to grow, enjoy and live the life I came here to create.
