I practice what I preach: "Move Better, Feel Better, Live Better!
I have happily completed the longest section of the Okanogan Granfondo-150 km in 5 hrs 35 mins placing in the top 30% and spending time trail running and camping en route home!! Feeling great, I am back to work for Monday!
