✨ High-Protein Strawberry Oatmeal Bake ✨
This bake is the perfect macro-friendly breakfast or snack! 🍓💪 Fluffy, filling, and tastes like dessert.

Macros: P: 67g | C: 64g | F: 28g | Calories: 785 (That’s a powerful serving!)

What You Need:
• 60g Oat Flour
• 30g Vanilla Protein Shake Mix
• 0.75 tsp Baking Powder
• 135ml Milk of choice
• 160g Plain Greek Yogurt (split) 30g for batter and 130g for the topping
• 14g Almond Butter
• 65g Frozen Strawberries
• 5g H**p Hearts

Directions: Mix oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, milk and 30g Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp maple syrup and bake! Top with the rest of the yogurt (mixed with almond butter), strawberries and h**p seeds.

You become what you tell yourself. The words looping in your head shape how you show up, in your work, your health, your relationships, everything.

Try this:

If you catch a negative thought today, pause and replace it with something true and kind.

My real life example: “Im not a good runner anymore” → “I’m rebuilding my strength and finding my rhythm again.”

Do it once, then again tomorrow. That’s how belief shifts, not overnight, but through repetition.

Call it mindset, call it mental strength, either way, it changes everything.

Meet Coach Shelby ⚡️

Since 2014, Shelby has been inspiring others through group fitness and personal training, having earned her certifications while living in Africa. With a specialization in Mom & Baby classes, she recognized the unique needs of postpartum women, prompting her to deepen her knowledge in pre and postnatal fitness. This expertise allows her to provide tailored support for those recovering postpartum and addressing mild diastasis.

Her favorite class to teach is PiYo Yoga, where she combines elements of Pilates and yoga, guiding her students through sessions focused on both strength and flexibility. After the birth of her third child, Shelby embraced CrossFit, immersing herself in Olympic lifting. She has also completed the Burgener Weightlifting Course, which focuses on the fundamentals of Olympic weightlifting techniques, enhancing her skills and coaching abilities.

In addition to her fitness pursuits, Shelby is a holistic nutritionist, advocating for overall wellness through balanced nutrition and mindful eating habits. Currently, she coaches CrossFit sessions at our gym and leads Power Yoga classes in the evenings, building a supportive community committed to holistic health.
