Welcome ! Thank you for visiting our page - and I say our page because I am supported by so many people and so many Divine forces ...I work out of the Wellness Room with Shelly Paquette who invited me to join her and bring my skills into the Wellness Room. Its been an amazing journey to get here ... now ! Its a continuing and expanding process that I warmly welcome you to join me in in whatever way is best for you. I started my journey into consciousness and awakening very early in life and have studied with so many different teachers along the way ... I am truly blessed by the different avenues of life and existence I have been able to explore up to now. It is from the deep exploration of both myself, life, and many healing modalities that allow me to connect so easily with so many people. We all have unique paths in this world and so along the way we all pick up different scars and different treasures. Each piece we are working on and working with is intimate and real and deserves to be held in the outmost compassion, love and joy. Whether you are looking for just a nice deep relaxing massage and want to tune out while allowing the tension to melt out of you, or you are looking to access your pain body and process and transform the energies of the past to move forward with the new and current you, I am happy to be able to work and hold space for any part of your journey. Sometimes its just sore muscles, often times its a heavy heart or a scar on our energy body that needs some healing. You are the driver of the process - I am the Catalyst - together we effect change and transformation that moves life forward in a good way. We all grow and heal together.
