My Postpartum PhysioYoga session starts on Tuesday November 12- if you have had a baby recently (or even not so recently) and have found your body to be profoundly changed, this class is for you. Each session has 10-15 mins of education followed by 30 mins of movement and each has a different theme. You will leave these sessions feeling empowered to care for and move forward in your postpartum body.

Hi all! I'm slowly gearing up to come back part time from maternity leave (not in a rush for anything over here haha) - and as part of that I am running my Postpartum Physioyoga session this fall. This has been my most popular program and I love teaching it!
