Interim Finance Administrator – 6-Month Term
Flexible hours + hybrid available | $65–$75K (pro-rated)

CMHA Cariboo Chilcotin is hiring an Interim Finance Administrator to support our finance operations during a transition period. This role requires strong nonprofit accounting experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to jump in with minimal ramp-up time.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Month-end & financial reporting
✔ Audit prep & working papers
✔ Budget support & cash flow tracking
✔ AP/AR oversight & payroll posting
✔ Funder reporting & compliance
✔ Maintaining financial controls
We’re looking for:
▪ 3+ years accounting experience (nonprofit preferred)
▪ Hands-on Sage experience — mandatory
▪ Strong Excel and financial analysis skills
▪ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
