My love for helping others has led me to this career path where I’ve come to work with a wide range of patient demographics including geriatrics, pre/post-natal, athletes, professional stunt people, paraplegics, and those who suffer from postural challenges and repetitive strains. As well, I treat a host of conditions from headaches and MS to nerve entrapments and osteoarthritis. My favourite part of practice comes down to making patients feel and function better. We’ll develop a treatment plan together to get you back in good health. An integral part of my practice is patient education which includes prescribing safe, effective remedial exercises. Having practiced for the past 8 years in an inter-disciplinary team environment of physiotherapists, chiropractors, kinesiologists and naturopathic doctors, I support co-current therapy and will refer my patients as required to appropriate disciplines of practice to ensure the best possible outcomes. I grew up as a competitive swimmer and swim teacher. I’m an avid mountain climber and mountaineer. I’m a crossfitter, motorcycle enthusiast, world traveler and bus builder. I’m passionate about people- meeting new people, networking, community building, and of course, learning about my patients’ stories and perspectives. It’s all part of the fun.
