Some days your body just wants a little kindness. Tomorrow’s Mom’s Connection Group is built around exactly that (Tuesday, January 20th).

This week’s theme is Moms Who Move, with gentle stretching led by Angela (Physiotherapist). It’s simple, relaxed movement you can do at your own pace, with your baby right beside you. Drop in for the stretch, and stick around for the conversation and connection. We hope you join us!

Mom’s Connection Group runs Tuesdays from 1:30–3:30 PM for caregivers of infants 0–1 years old.

Our four rotating weeks are Moms in the Moment (craft week), Moms Who Move (movement and stretching), Speech Focus (with Amanda, SLP from PTOP), and Coffee & Connection (time to talk and connect).

Preschool can be a really special win-win.

Your child gets a great start through play, learning, and connection — and you get a few hours to reset, work, rest, or simply catch your breath.

Our Cariboo Chilcotin CDC Preschool has a few spaces available, with affordable rates through the Child Care Fee Reduction Initiative. It’s a gentle, supportive place for little ones to grow their curiosity and confidence.

If you’ve been thinking about preschool, this could be a good time to explore it.

Momming is better when you don’t have to do it alone. 💛

We’re heading into the new year with a few fresh touches to our Mom’s Connection Group, while keeping the same supportive, welcoming space to connect with others.

Tomorrow (Tuesday, January 13) is Moms in the Moment from 1:30pm to 3:30pm.

This is our craft-focused week. We’ll have a simple craft available, and you’re also welcome to bring something you’re already working on from home — knitting, crocheting, or anything that helps you slow down and recharge. There’s lots of time to chat, connect, and just be together.

Here’s what’s coming up in our weekly rotation:
• January 20 – Moms Who Move: gentle stretching with Angela, Physical Therapist (CDC)
• January 27 – Baby Speech Group: with Amanda, Speech Language Pathologist from PTOP
• February 3 – Coffee & Connection: relaxed conversation and connection with coffee, tea and light snacks

All sessions are drop-in and open to caregivers of infants 0–1 years old.
Whether you’re brand new or have been before, we hope you and baby come for a visit!
