I have a Spirit Guide whose name is Ru.
He appears to me in the most compassionate way.
He will make me question what I see
But only subtly.
He will not alarm me by appearing at my doorway inside my home,
At night,
In the midst of meditation,
Or while in bed.
He is gentle and kind.
He appears to me in a hallway of a public place where he knows I will be moving swiftly on autopilot with my mind buzzing and making a B-line
To my "most important" destination.
He makes the sighting brief to remove all fear
Knowing my human brain will take years to slowly contemplate what I see.
However, he must make himself conspicuous
So that we connect and I begin the process of trusting my Soul.
He stops,
Looks toward me with surprise, admiration, and kindness,
And says, "Hi."
In a flash,
I see a tall, bald, Asian man in robes glancing down the hallway directly at me,
And I respond, "Hi."
I move toward the exit. and he moves into a "door" in the hallway.
His name is Ru.
Ru means "scholar."
He is my teacher, and he tells me to write again
Like I did so much when I was a little girl.

Second 6-Week Meditation Circle!

I am excited to be offering my next round of meditation sessions at Be The Change Massage Therapy at 4 Montreal Road, Cornwall, ON.
We will work through the basics of Mindfulness Meditation and practice Visualization and Guided Journeying. Learn techniques that you can practice at home, meet with like-minded people, and stay afterward for tea if you wish!

The first Meditation Circle will be May 4th -- this Saturday.

The Circle will run every Saturday until June 8th.

We start at 10:00 am and go for 1.5 to 2 hours.

We ask that you register ahead of time even if you only plan to attend 1 Saturday.
