Cheering on Justine as She Runs Her First 10K for WDMH & Dundas Manor!
We’re excited to share that Justine Plummer, who works with the WDMH Foundation, is taking on a big personal challenge this year — she’s running her first-ever 10K during Tamarack Ottawa Race Weekend!
Justine chose to dedicate her run to supporting Wi******er District Memorial Hospital and the new Dundas Manor Long Term Care Home. Her inspiration comes from her deep personal connection to both — she was born at WDMH, her grandpa received compassionate care here at his end of life, and her grandma lived at Dundas Manor for many years.
But Justine isn’t running just for herself. She’s running for the entire community — for everyone who relies on WDMH today, and for those who may someday call Dundas Manor home.
If you’d like to support Justine’s 10K journey and help strengthen local health care, we’d love for you to join her effort.

Let’s cheer Justine on as she takes on this incredible milestone — for health care close to home, for our residents, and for our community!
