Snack smarter with a homemade trail mix!

Store-bought brands are fantastic in a pinch and for convenience, but they also often contain added oils and sugars.

If time and budget allows, try making your own by buying separate containers of each ingredient (it works out cheaper in the long run!)

Here’s my go-to:
▪️walnuts
▪️pumpkin seeds
▪️ sunflower seeds
▪️raisins

✅ protein + ✅ fiber + ✅ healthy fats = energy that lasts

Here is my version of protein pancakes 🥞 They are gluten-free and dairy-free and are quick enough to make on a weekday! You can make them fresh, or make them in advance and reheat or freeze.

What are your go-to balanced breakfast ideas?

Protein Banana Pancakes
1 banana
2 eggs
1 splash vanilla
1/4 cup buckwheat flour
1 scoop unflavoured protein powder (I use 😋)
1/4 tsp baking soda
Sprinkle of salt
