I know that investing in nutrition support can feel like a lot — especially when food, housing, and everyday essentials keep getting more expensive.

In Ontario, hiring a nutritionist often means paying out of pocket, and it’s completely reasonable to pause and wonder if it’s worth it.

For many people, the value isn’t about quick fixes or perfect eating. It’s about clarity, confidence, and having support so food feels less overwhelming over time.
