I believe that seeking support amidst life's challenges is one of the bravest forms of self-care. As a Registered Social Worker with a background in Human Kinetics, Social Work, Education, and Psychology, I am passionate about working through both our mind and body experiences. During our time together, your well-being and mental strength are my main priority. I understand that working with individuals in a therapeutic way is a privilege, and I am grateful to offer you the attention and care you deserve. Let's work together to achieve your highest potential while calming your mind along the way. We will identify challenges that are preventing you from living the life you deserve. Through compassion, we will explore ways in which you can overcome obstacles and find inner-peace. Take yourself on the therapeutic journey of self-growth and wholehearted wellness. If you're curious about therapy but you have a few questions before booking your first appointment, connect with me for a free 15 minute virtual meeting. We will discuss your goals and expectations while exploring if you think therapy would be a good fit for you.

Moving my body reminds me how connected it all is — physical, mental, emotional. When I stop challenging myself, I start to lose that connection.

I’ve learned that challenge is a form of care. When I push my body, I quiet my mind. It’s not about punishment — it’s about respect. Respect for what I’m capable of, and for the person I’m still becoming.

Last week the Future of Sport in Canada Commission hosted a National Summit to discuss their preliminary recommendations after hosting over 450 interviews from coast to coast and reviewing over 1000 documents. This work has shone a light on ongoing and widespread maltreatment among other crucial findings.

It has been my honour to be part of this work as a support person for those in need if and when required. I am hopeful for the future of sport in Canada.

To all of my athletes/clients, past and present: your stories and experiences matter more than your accomplishments. Don’t forget that.

It has been my pleasure to be an available support to the Future of Sport Commisson of Canada as they interviewed countless individuals across Canada. This team is filled with knowledge, compassion, and intention.

“After all, Canada deserves a safe, efficient, sustainable, and robust physical activity and sport system that encourages participation, athletic excellence and community engagement.”

“We are particularly indebted to those who took the time to share with us their painful, often life-altering, sport experiences, and we recognize the courage, strength, resilience and dedication of those individuals. Their voices were essential in guiding our work.”

“Canada now has a unique opportunity to address the profound challenges we have identified. We can create an exceptional, revitalized, and safer sport and physical activity system that will more effectively and more efficiently serve generations to come. Canadians deserve no less.”

Another incredible 2-day course in the books! This group was full of power & knowledge. We talked, moved, laughed and yelled our way through 15 hours of self defence in the Distillery District.

It is truly always my privilege to be in a circle of such ferocity. 🔥
