🌟 The Power of Our Senses 🌟
Everyone experiences the world in their own unique way. By recognizing and supporting different sensory needs, we can create spaces that promote learning, independence, and meaningful participation for all. When we honour how individuals use their senses, we empower them to navigate daily life with confidence and dignity.
This month, we will be investigating how our senses hold an important role in how we learn, communicate, and move through our daily lives. Sight, sound, touch, smell, taste, body awareness, and movement all provide valuable information that helps us understand our environment and feel safe, regulated, and connected. This week, we focused on sound. 😊
