Most people spend their lives trying to control the world around them. But the world you experience is not determined by what is happening outside of you — it is determined by the state of your nervous system.

The difference is not the world… It is the instrument translating it.
When the nervous system is dysregulated, reality feels chaotic, hostile, and unpredictable.
When the nervous system becomes coherent — perception changes, clarity increases, energy organizes, and awareness stabilizes.
The world did not change… The instrument did. And when the instrument changes… so does the reality it can perceive.
