🎧 World Hearing Day — March 3
This year’s theme, “From communities to classrooms: hearing care for all children,” reminds us that many types of hearing loss are preventable and that early care makes a big difference.

👂 Protect Your Hearing:
• Keep headphone volume low — many cases of hearing loss are preventable with safe listening.
• Treat ear infections early to avoid long‑term damage.
• Use ear protection in loud environments.
💛 Keep Ears Healthy:
• Get regular hearing check‑ups, especially for kids.
• Seek professional care for built‑up earwax.
Let’s make hearing health a priority for everyone.

If you have concerns about your hearing, connect with your Primary Care Provider. Don't have one yet? Visit our website and click "I need a Family Doctor or Nurse Practitioner" to get started.
