Sister companies, First Stop Services (FSS) & Lessor Limited, are looking for a Full-time, Permanent Delivery Driver/Light Property Maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain approximately three commercial properties in the Windsor-Essex area (e.g., changing faucets, toilet repair, tracing leaks, trash pickup and removal, drywall repairs, lighting upgrades, painting, changing filters, etc.).
- Identify and fix issues in conjunction within timelines set in conjunction with management and tenants (e.g., basic plumbing, HVAC, electrical, doors and windows, and repairs to properties. Etc.).
- Work with management and sub-trades for larger repairs.
- Assist with landscaping duties, if required (e.g., pruning shrubs, snow removal, etc.).
- Perform routine maintenance of equipment (e.g., lawnmower, shredding machine, trucks, etc.)
- Shared workload with FSS warehouse, including shredding.
Requirements:
- 9am to 5pm work schedule
- A valid driver’s license
- Police Clearance (supplied by Company)
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
